Cancellations can be made without any penalty as follows:

• 1 – 6 nights stays may be cancelled up to 4pm the 2 days prior to arrival (48 hours)
• 7 – 13 nights stays may be cancelled up to 4pm, 4 days prior to arrival
• 14 or more nights stays may be cancelled up to 4pm, 7 days prior to arrival.

Equivalent cancellation periods are in place for changes to your booking after you have checked in.

If a guest checks out prior to the initial departure date, an early check-out , the cost of the next night, may apply. In case of a no show (failure to show up), the first night of the stay will be charged for stays of less than 7 nights, 3 nights for stays between 7 and 28 nights and 7 nights, for stays longer than 28 nights.

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies on Friday and Saturday
Check in from 3pm  / Check out till 11am

During weekdays (Sunday evening – Thursday evening) check in is possible until 00.00 (midnight), after midnight we have a concierge service. Please inform us in case you will arrive later and we will give you the necessary instructions.
